Refund Policy

Fresh Engagements Corporate Services Provider, Dubai, UAE (owner https://freshengagements.com) offers its customers the option to refund their money if ONLY services were not provided within the provided time frame. Fresh Engagements Corporate Services Provider may provide pro-rated refunds for partially completed services, at its sole discretion. These must be processed in due diligence and due process.

 

VIOLATION OF TERMS

No refunds may be provided if a client violated our Terms of Service.

 

GROWTH SERVICES

Services that involve the growth of followers and fan base cannot be refunded unless the service was not delivered within 30 business days from the date of order. While we will always do our best to stick to the timeline provided on product pages – at times – due to unavoidable circumstances, growth campaigns may face additional downtime. In such cases, we will provide a full refund only if the full 30 business days have passed from the date of order or from the date of commencement of order whichever comes later. By purchasing growth services you automatically agree to not run any third-party growth campaigns, contests, giveaways, or any other method by which your fan base may increase. If such is recorded then no refund will be provided and service may be canceled without notice. No refunds are applicable once the delivery has been completed.

 

VERIFICATION SERVICES

Verification services are fully refundable if only they are not delivered within the maximum time frame provided from the date of the order. Please note that these services require continuous input and feedback from the client and any delay caused by the client in providing assistance during the delivery of this service will further add to the delivery timeline. Please note changing usernames, manipulating account visibility, or running third-party services that conflict with the delivery of Fresh Engagements Corporate Services Provider service will result in cancellation of service and no refund will be provided. Please note that Fresh Engagements will not be responsible if you lose your badge as a result of renaming your verified account via a third party. For renaming service for verified accounts, we strongly advise using our service to ensure you do not lose your badge whilst renaming your verified page. No refund is applicable once the account in question is successfully verified.

 

VERIFICATION WITH PR SERVICES

Packaged PR + verification services are fully refundable if we are unable to verify your account within the maximum time frame provided from the date of the order or 90 business days from the date of order, which comes later. Please note that in case of failure to verify your account, you will be given a full refund and you will not be charged for any PR work whatsoever. Please note changing usernames, manipulating account visibility, or running third-party services that conflict with the delivery of Fresh Engagements Corporate Services Provider service will result in cancellation of service and no refund will be provided. Please note that Fresh Engagements will not be responsible if you lose your badge as a result of renaming your verified account via a third party. For renaming service for verified accounts, we strongly advise using our service to ensure you do not lose your badge whilst renaming your verified page. No refund is applicable once the service is delivered in full and the account is verified.

 

PR AND MEDIA SERVICES

PR and media services are fully refundable if we are unable to publish your articles on target publications within the maximum provided time frame. No refund is applicable once the service is delivered and the media placement/PR placement is complete.

 

USERNAME CHANGE

No refund whatsoever will be provided if the client changes their page URL or their page name and/or their profile handle. If the username is changed during a running campaign, the order will be canceled and no refund will be provided. In case we are unable to change and/or claim your username as per your order within a maximum of 30 business days, a full refund will be provided. No refund is applicable once the service is delivered and the username has been claimed.

 

PROFILE VISIBILITY

No refund whatsoever will be provided if the client changes their profile visibility and/or makes their profile ‘private’ instead of ‘public’ during a running campaign. If such is noted, the order will be canceled and no refund will be provided.

 

DELETION OF DELIVERED SERVICES

No refund whatsoever will be provided if the client is found deleting delivered fans, views, likes, comments, and/or engagement of any form. If such is noted, the order will be canceled and no compensation or refund will be provided.
