What do I input for the ‘current handle’?
Our username claims work by claiming your desired username onto your current username. For example – you have @johndavid123 already on Instagram and you’d like to have @johndavid which is inactive but taken. So, the current handle will be your current profile handle that is with you and active.
What if I don’t have a current username?
In case you do not have a current username, not to worry. Contact us with your desired username and we’ll assist you with the process.
What is your refund policy?
All services are 100% refundable if we are unable to deliver. No charges are applicable if we fail to complete the job.
What platforms can you claim usernames on?
We can claim inactive usernames on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. Occasionally, we can help with SnapChat usernames as well.
How do I submit a query for the renaming of my verified profile?
We can currently only rename Instagram and Twitter verified usernames. Please note, for this to work, your desired username should be very similar to your current username. For example – you currently have @johndavid123 which is verified and you’d like it renamed to @johndavid – this is doable. However, we cannot rename @johndavid123 to @ahmedali.
